Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment only before visiting the salon and prior to the commencement of any service. Cancellation requests must be communicated in advance through phone, message, or the original booking channel.

Once a client has arrived at the salon premises or a service has commenced, no cancellation, refund, or reversal of payment shall be permitted under any circumstances.

Advance payments, prepaid packages, gift vouchers, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in cases of non-utilisation or partial use.

Satin Rose reserves the right to deny future bookings or require advance payment in cases of repeated cancellations, no-shows, or misuse of booking privileges.

By booking an appointment or availing any service, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and no-refund policy in full.
